We understand that the decision to seek help is often the hardest part, especially when it comes to addiction recovery. That is why our admissions process in Victoria is designed to be as clear and jargon-free as possible. From your very first phone call, you will speak with a trained admissions coordinator who understands the complexities of addiction and mental health. We move quickly but thoroughly, ensuring that Reset Recovery is the right clinical fit for your needs and that you feel fully prepared for your Monday morning start. Additionally, we can discuss financial pathways for recovery to make your journey smoother.

Investing in addiction recovery is a significant decision for any family, and we believe that financial clarity is essential for peace of mind. At Reset Recovery, a private, out-of-pocket facility, we do not process private health insurance claims directly; however, we offer a single, transparent fee structure to ensure there are no surprises. Our comprehensive 28-day residential program is priced at $12,900.00. This inclusive fee covers all clinical therapy, medical detox support, 24/7 midweek care at our sanctuary, and our intensive Family Integration Program, providing clear financial pathways for recovery.

While we do not accept health insurance, many of our clients successfully fund their addiction recovery treatment through the Compassionate Release of Superannuation. Australian regulations may allow you to access your superannuation early to pay for necessary medical treatment for yourself or a dependent. This pathway can significantly ease the immediate financial pressure on the family unit and serve as one of the financial pathways for recovery. Our admissions team in Victoria is highly experienced in this process and can provide you with the necessary clinical documentation and guidance to help you navigate the application through the ATO.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your laptop and mobile phone. At Reset Recovery, we believe that maintaining healthy connections with friends, family, and support networks is a vital component of long-term rehabilitation. Unlike traditional "blackout" models, we encourage you to use your devices to stay in touch with your loved ones and manage any essential personal affairs while you are with us, ensuring your transition into recovery is integrated with your real-world support system.
Safety is our clinical priority. No client is sent home for the weekend unless they have met specific stability benchmarks during their Monday–Friday stay. Each weekend is preceded by a "Transition Plan" session where triggers are identified and a 48-hour schedule is created. Furthermore, our clinical on-call team is available via a dedicated support line for both the client and the family throughout the weekend.
In traditional rehab, a relapse is often seen as a "failure." At Reset, we view any weekend challenges as vital clinical data. If a setback occurs, the family uses their pre-arranged support protocol to contact us. On Monday morning, we don't punish; we "debrief." We analyze exactly what happened so we can adjust the treatment plan and build stronger defenses for the following weekend.
The first two weekends are typically focused on "Low-Stimulus Integration," meaning we recommend staying within the family unit to practice communication tools. As the 28-day program progresses, we work with you to gradually reintroduce social scenarios. Every weekend plan is bespoke, tailored to the specific progress of the individual.
This is a truly inclusive fee. It covers your supervised medical detox (if required), all psychological therapy sessions, 24/7 midweek residential care, all meals at the sanctuary, and the full Family Therapy Program. There are no "hidden" costs for laundry, materials, or weekend support.
Because we operate on a Monday–Friday clinical cycle, we typically have intakes every Monday morning. Following your initial assessment, we can usually facilitate an admission within 7 to 10 days, depending on bed availability in our Victorian sanctuary.
Reset Recovery is a private, out-of-pocket clinical facility. We do not accept or process private health insurance. However, many of our families utilize the Compassionate Release of Superannuation to fund their treatment. If you choose this pathway, we provide the necessary clinical evidence and documentation required for your application. Our admissions team can walk you through the steps to access these funds to ensure the financial process is as smooth as your clinical transition.
