Terms and Conditions: Reset Recovery Clinic

These Terms and Conditions govern the 4-week residential program provided by Reset Recovery Clinic. By enrolling in our program, you agree to the following terms.

1. Program Structure

• Duration: A standard residential program runs for four (4) consecutive weeks.
• Weekly Schedule: The clinical program operates Monday to Friday.
• Check-in: Residents must arrive and check in by 10:00 am on Monday.
• Check-out: Residents must vacate the premises by 12:00 pm on Friday.
• Weekend Stay: Please note that while the clinical program runs Monday to Friday, residential stays include weekend accommodation (unless otherwise specified in your individual treatment plan).

2. Program Fees

• Total Cost: The fee for the 4-week residential program is $12,990.
• Payment: Full payment or an agreed-upon deposit must be cleared prior to or upon check-in on the first Monday of the program.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that recovery is a complex journey; however, as a residential facility with limited bedding, we must manage our bookings strictly.

• Commencement of Week: Once you have admitted to the clinic on Monday morning, no refund is available for that current week, regardless of whether you choose to leave early or are discharged for a breach of clinic rules.
• Notice Period: To cancel subsequent weeks of the program and be eligible for a refund, you must provide a minimum of seven (7) days' notice prior to the start of the next Monday cycle.
• Pro-Rata Refunds: Any eligible refunds for future weeks (where 7 days' notice has been given) will be calculated on a pro-rata basis of the total program fee, minus any non-refundable deposits or administrative fees.

4. Residential Rules & Discharge

• Code of Conduct: Residents are expected to participate in the Monday–Friday clinical schedule and adhere to all house rules regarding prohibited substances, behavior, and safety.
• Administrative Discharge: Reset Recovery Clinic reserves the right to discharge any resident immediately for behavior that threatens the safety of staff or other residents. In the event of such a discharge, the "No Refund for the Current Week" policy applies.

5. Medical Disclaimer

Reset Recovery Clinic provides drug and alcohol rehabilitation services. Our program is not a substitute for emergency medical intervention. If a resident requires external hospitalisation during their stay, the refund policy in Section 3 remains applicable.
